They offer a good platform for young players who want to be seen and advance in their careers. For example, players from abroad who perform well can get a lot of publicity in newspapers and be very visible in the club's social media. The management is close to the team and available to help. In summary, Nyköping BIS is a well-managed club that can be a good place for young players to develop for a few years before moving on to the next level in the league system."

"Nykoping Bis a great environment for younger players looking to move on to the next level. The club is known for giving younger talented players an opportunity to play first team football. The city is beautiful and the players and management are really close, which make's it truly feel like a family. The Management were alway’s accommodating and helped me with everything I needed. Training Facilities and Stadium were average at best. Overall, it was a great opportunity to move up in the ranks at professional level."

"Nykoping Bissarna FC is a good small town club for younger players aspiring to play and move up in the Scandinavian soccer market. They are typically in the fourth and third highest tier and have an overall good standing in the community with a history of helping players develop. My personal experience here was a good one. It allowed me to play at a semi - pro level after having left the University Of Maryland. They are a transparent, organized, small budget club, and can get the job done. In general, the way Swedish clubs work is largely based on who is the active Sponsor of the club.
