Communication Is there clear communication between the organization and athletes. Does the organization do a good job of communicating the vision and direction they see for athletes careers. (ex. contracts, transfers, individual development)
Player management Is the organization invested in the athletes personal/sports development on and off the field
Facilities What is the quality and upkeep of the organization's facilities. (ex. fields, gyms, locker rooms)

"Overall experience was pretty good. The coaching staff I had were great when it came to player development. I will say the club can work on alot of things like housing and facilities as well as general care for the players. I feel they don’t help international players as much as they should they are kind of thrown in the deep end when it comes to moving into another country especially when the pay isn’t great. The owners are also very involved so sometimes it feels like it lacks professionalism in a way because you feel like you’re always being watched and listened to with everything you say and do. I do think it is a good club if you’re just starting your career but I wouldn’t plan on staying any longer than a year or 2. They do give you meals everyday after training and are pretty good when it comes to the personal side of things once your there."

"This club is great, from the first day they emphasize the family aspect and the togetherness of the whole organization. Practice facilities are good, nice grass fields and the stadium field is a nice grass pitch as well. Stadium currently under construction but once it’s completely done being built tormenta is definitely top destination for players looking for a platform to prove themselves in USL League One"

"I was there when the club first started its inaugural season in usl league one. We had a terrible head coach who didn’t know how to manage players at all. The owners were great but didn’t know much about the sports and really didn’t have the money to be able to support players that year. Some players were playing for free or for very little money per month. That should never be the case for any professional club ever."
