"A small but strong club in the Algarve region. Very small city but close to the bigger ones. Good stadium and overall conditions as a club. Front office lacked in communicating and doing things for players sometimes. They think about the club more than the players that actually play for the club. A little bit disorganized but still successful because the conditions are decent for a small club. Good place to start your career and move on in my opinion."
