Hilal Baladiat Chelghoum Lad, also known as HB Chelghoum Lad or simply HBCL for short, is an Algerian football club based in the Mila Province town of Chelghoum Lad. The club was established in 1945, and its colors are white and green. Their home stadium, 11 December 1961 Stadium, seats approximately 10,000 people. The club currently competes in Algeria's Ligue Professionnelle 1.
